I was going to write at length about ESPN’s launch of ESPNChicago.com, but I just came across a video Tennessee’s basketball coach Bruce Pearl rapping. Bruce Pearl’s attire is always a hot topic when discussing the Vols and in this video he does not disappoint. As far as above the waist goes, he’s wearing a checkered blazer and an orange tie. And that’s it.
Elsewhere:
- Like I said, ESPN has launched a Chicago-only website. Now those with an interest in the WNBA’s Chicago Sky can access their main page with just one-click! To me, this says a lot about lazy we have become (or at least how lazy ESPN perceives Chicagoans), because really how hard is it to access Cubs news by just using Google?
- The Padres closer Heath Bell thinks ESPN is biased towards the Yankees, Red Sox and Mets. He makes a good case. He’s on my fantasy team so I’ll agree with everything he says.
- Finally, someone has too much time on their hands. But I do see where he’s coming from.

I’m glad you put down your new toy long enough to feed your blog. Good stuff!
